I bring these together in two different ways: Creative flower workshops for anyone, and structured reflective practice for healthcare clinicians.

I’m a Clinical Psychologist, Florist, Trainer and Therapeutic Horticulture Practitioner.
I first turned to floristry as a creative way to care for myself. I was drawn to the way working with flowers invites us to slow down, notice colour, texture and form, and create without needing to get it perfect. With my background in psychology, I became curious about what this hands-on experience could make possible for reflection and self-care.
Floriful began as in-person workshops. When clinicians asked for an experience shaped around their professional learning, I developed The Clinician In Bloom®. Both grew from my interest in how working with flowers can create space to pause, notice and reflect.

Reflections from celebrated celebrations, bespoke private estates, and luxury wedding planners across the Northeast.
Carla transformed our reception into an ethereal botanical sanctuary. The suspended floral clouds and garden roses felt completely effortless yet deeply intentional. Six months later, our guests are still speaking about the intoxicating scent of the blooms.

In twelve years of producing luxury weddings, I have rarely collaborated with an artist who understands architectural proportion quite like Carla. Her calm presence during installation and exquisite botanical curation make her an indispensable creative partner.

From our first palette sketches to the moment my bouquet arrived, Carla listened with quiet precision. The trailing sweet peas, antique garden roses, and wild jasmine felt like living poetry in my hands. She brought pure artisanal magic to our celebration.

To protect our artisanal standard and provide undivided creative devotion, we accept only 18 grand botanical commissions each calendar year. Share your celebration timeline below to initiate your private design consultation.
Thank you for inviting our studio into your vision. Carla will personally examine your calendar date and reach out to arrange your initial floral consultation.
